Location: Denmark, Denmark Salary: €90,000 - €130,000 + Rotational Package

CSA Commercial Manager, Germany

 

We are currently partnering with a Tier-2 Design and Build contractor specializing in Data Centres across Europe. After showing evidence of rapid growth there are looking to expand their German team with a CSA Commercial Manager.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Cost Management & Budget Control: Oversee and manage the financial aspects of the CSA works, ensuring the project stays within budget, including preparation of cost estimates, monitoring expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Contract Management: Lead the negotiation, administration, and enforcement of contracts with contractors and suppliers, ensuring all CSA-related work is delivered in accordance with contract terms, specifications, and timelines.
  • Project Scheduling & Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and other teams to develop and manage schedules for CSA activities, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any delays or issues that may impact the project’s progress.
  • Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to CSA works, including potential delays, cost overruns, and compliance issues, ensuring the smooth execution of the project.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Act as the main point of contact for all CSA-related commercial issues, providing regular updates to senior management, clients, and stakeholders on project status, financial performance, and any commercial concerns.

 

Requirements

 

3+ Years experience in a similar role

Bachelors degree or equivalent in Quantity Sureying

Data Centre experience is advantageous

 

Benefits

 

Up to €130,000 per annum + Full rotational package
